He is the Ultimate Handyman!??
By Jeremy - Jul 15, 2010
Living many miles away from my rental property, it was important to find someone who was reliable and a good communicator. He has exceeded my expectations and I will always call on him. I just wish there was another like him where I live.?

Great service??
By Mark - Jul 14, 2010
Lance was an incredible find for me. He has done extensive work on my home under difficult conditions and he is extremely professional, courteous and cost-effective. He's not one of the typical guys you find around here who say they are going to show up and then you don't hear from them for three days. He does what he says he is going to do!?

Thanks again Mark, I really appreciate you!
I'm involved in a great home renovation project in South Knoxville right now and its going well so far. The condo is located in Cherokee Bluffs located south of the UT Medical Center, and the view of the Tennessee River is so incredible!!!
The project involves:
Painting 90% of the condo
Installing ceramic tile floors in 2 bathrooms
Installing laminate flooring in the entryway, hallway and master bedroom
Installing a tile backsplash in the kitchen
Refacing the fireplace surround
I'll be posting pictures of the various phases of the projects as I complete them for you to view.

If you are a homeowner, whether you're a single mom, retiree or just a busy executive, its a great time to establish yourself with a local Knoxville Handyman that can be there for you for maintenance, renovation, or simply household repair emergency.
Here's a few pictures from a job I just completed yesterday. It looked great and the client seemed really pleased.
This was an interesting story, I actually bid on this tile job back in November. The client wasn't ready to move forward then, and after so much time I just assumed he ended up choosing another tile installer in Knoxville.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him, saying he was now ready to proceed. He had actually ordered the small glass tiles you can see in the picture that are the inlaid pattern, they were a non-stock item and had to be specially ordered, and it took these past 8 months for them to arrive.
Well, enjoy the pics, and let me know if you would enjoy having an awesome "spa" shower in your home.
