On call property maintenance for investors and or/landlords

I was recently fortunate to be the recipient of a contract to maintain a number of homes and condo's owned by a group of investors.

I handle things like painting when tenants move out, fix leaky toilets and sinks, replace water heaters, repair damaged drywall, etc. Whatever goes wrong, they call me and I fix it.

Its a win win situation. The group of investors get to have a reliable on call handyman (that's me), and I get to have a great client who provides me with ongoing work.
